Phase 1: Quest Genesis (Q2 2024)

Launch of Cypher Quest Platform: The official release of the Cypher Quest platform, allowing users to create and participate in real-world treasure hunts using QR codes.
Quest Creation Tools: Intuitive tools for quest creators to design their challenges, set rewards, and deploy quests.
Initial Quests: A curated set of quests across various locations to kickstart the adventure.
Tokenomics: Release the SPL token CypherQuest configure liquidity pools and build value in the token economics.

AR Integration: Introduction of augmented reality (AR) objects alongside physical QR codes. Users can discover hidden treasures and solve puzzles through their smartphone cameras.
Custom AR Objects: Users can upload and share custom AR objects, enhancing the questing experience.
Location Accuracy Options: Fine-tune GPS coordinates or opt for no fixed location. Wearable QR codes and mobile quests become possible.
Quest Sets: Allow adding multiple Quests together into a set, with additional rewards for finding the full set.
Better more fun and challenging Cyphers: Improve the Quest Cypher engine, have more engaging and fun cyphers for users to solve. Allow Quest creators more input into the Cypher.
Burn Rate Leaderboard: Recognition for top contributors based on cumulative burn rates. Weekly NFT rewards for the most committed burners.
Additional Burn Features: Quest customization burns, exclusive NFT burns, and quest extension burns.

Move to real Web3: The current system is built in what we are calling Web2.5. Move Quests fully to the blockchain and open source all code.
Global Quest Network: Expansion of quests to new cities, towns, and landmarks worldwide.
Localized Quests: Region-specific quests that celebrate local culture, history, and landmarks.
Quest Challenges: Collaborative quests where multiple participants work together to unlock larger rewards.
Merch and Tools: Merch, laminators, stickers, art tools and more.

Community Governance: Decentralized decision-making through CYPH holders.
Partnerships: Collaborations with other blockchain projects, gaming platforms, and AR developers.
Continuous Innovation: Regular updates, new quest types, and surprises for our adventurous community.
