Cypher Quest Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Cypher Quest! We're excited to have you join our community of puzzle enthusiasts. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of our website (cypherquest.app) and the services we offer ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Cypher Quest provides a platform for users to generate their own QR codes and hide them for others to find. We offer a variety of features to customize your QR codes and track their discovery.  We reward players with cryptocurrency token on the Solana network called CypherQuest

2. User Content

You are responsible for all content you upload, post, or otherwise transmit through the Services ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to create and use such User Content and that your use of the Services will not violate any third-party rights.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Services in a lawful and respectful manner. You will not:

• Use the Services to create QR codes containing malicious content or links.
• Hide QR codes on private property without permission from the owner.
• Place QR codes in dangerous locations that may endanger yourself or hunters.
• Engage in any activity that could disrupt or damage the Services.
• Attempt to access our site with misleading 
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Tamper with Data: You will not attempt to hack, modify, or report false information regarding your phone's location, date, or any other data used within the Cypher Quest platform. This includes, but is not limited to, using unauthorized third-party apps or methods to manipulate location services, timestamps, or other data points used in the Cypher Quest experience.

• We take data integrity seriously. Tampering with data can disrupt the fairness of the game for other users and undermine the overall Cypher Quest experience.  We reserve the right to suspend your account including your hot wallet if you have violated any of these terms.

4. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Cypher Quest disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Cypher Quest does not guarantee the safety or security of hidden QR codes. You are responsible for your own safety at all times when participating in a Cypher Quest.   

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The content and materials on the Services, including the Cypher Quest logo and trademarks, are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not use any of these materials without Cypher Quest's prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Services for any reason, at any time, without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cypher Quest shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cypher Quest regarding your use of the Services.
